Sandvik Mining and Construction seeks a:
Field Sales – Mineral Ground Tools EMEA (m/f)
In your role as Field sales MGT EMEA within Product Area Customer Services, you will be key responsible for retaining and attracting new customers through persuasive face to face sales skills. Some of the major activities within the role include:
Tasks in Detail:
  • Identify, visit and create relations with potential customers
  • Create a positive and compelling image of our Sandvik offer thereby encouraging customers to trial our products
  • Be present and support in on-site trials, qualifying the value of the Sandvik offer verses their existing solution
  • Create a common understanding with the customer of the value of our offer through quantification in financial terms
  • Develop and execute on negotiation plans to secure business
  • Maintain solid relationships with existing and recently acquired customers through face to face presence
  • Identify future market trends and offer needs to support product management in portfolio development
Your Profile:
  • Several years of Sales experience
  • Energetic, persistent and operational when it comes to making sales happen
  • Close customer interaction is surely required
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA region (Up to 65% of time)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Both written and verbal) and German language. Other language skills are beneficial.
