FINCA International, one of the world's leading MFIs. It provides financial services to clients through wholly-owned and operated subsidiaries in Africa, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Greater Middle East. 

ABOUT THE JOB: 

FINCA International is seeking a Recruiting Initiatives Volunteer. S/he will be responsible for supporting the global recruiting team in identifying top talent for global opportunities, participate in global recruiting strategies, and gain reporting and analysis experience. 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support recruiting team with:
  • Social media outreach on a global scale;
  • Data record management;
  • Candidate identification and correspondence representing the global recruiting team;
  • High priority recruiting projects;
  • Preparing materials and reports for key stakeholders;
  • Other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate or Graduate student (highly qualified Undergraduate students may also apply), ideally focusing on International Development, International Relations, Economics, Communications, or a related field;
• Knowledge of Spanish, French or Russian is highly desirable but not required;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically, intermediate Excel proficiency).
