HRS Recruitment Specialist – 338929

Sandvik HR Services are looking for a HRS Recruitment Specialist to join their team in the UK. Sandvik has recently presented a new Human Resources delivery model and organizational structure. The HR Services organization has been introduced and the HRS Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process in order to deliver quality candidates for the business.
Main duties and responsibilities:
  • To advise managers on the most appropriate methods and approaches for their required recruitment
  • To source a pool of candidates and perform initial screening in order to identify a short list that meets the needs of the role and the recruiting manager
  • To manage candidates through the recruitment process, keeping them informed, coordinating interview and assessment arrangements, and delivering decisions and feedback as required
  • To support interviews and assessments as required and provide a professional and impartial input to selection decisions where required
  • Offer coaching and advice to recruiting managers to help raise their capability in and understanding of the recruitment process
  • Take part in employer branding activities including recruitment events in schools, colleges and other bodies where required
  • To manage day to day interactions with recruitment suppliers
  • Proactive use of online sourcing
  • Development of candidate pipeline initiatives
Essential
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Consultancy and corporate recruitment experience
  • Direct sourcing
  • Negotiation skills
  • Designing and running assessment centres
  • A university degree or relevant experience
Desirable
  • Experience in an Engineering, Manufacturing or Sales environment
  • Experience in a multinational, complex organisation
