EBUSINESS COORDINATOR

The role
The primary objective of the role is to work with Sandvik Mining customers and business to implement, manage, support and progress the eBusiness sales channel, in the EMEA region
Key performance areas
  • Adhere to all policies & procedures especially the EHS policies
  • Grow eBusiness sales through Direct Connect, Document Scanning and Web-Portal
  • Work with both internal and external customers and distributors to understand their business processes, systems, technologies and eBusiness capabilities for Direct Connect implementation
  • Promote Sandvik Mining’s Direct Connect, Document Scanning and Web Portal eBusiness offering to internal and external customers including presentation of systems, processes and technical and commercial requirements for implementation.
  • Project Management of the Direct Connect sales channel implementation including the definition of the project scope, management and resolution of issues and risks.
  • Facilitate a strong change management process for successful implementation of eBusiness solutions into new business units
  • Identify training requirements and provide training on eBusiness processes to ensure that the eBusiness solution is managed in accordance with global processes and procedures.
  • Provide first line for eBusiness related queries in the region
Your profile
The successful candidate for this role will possess an exceptionally high attention to detail, have very strong business analysis skills together with a comprehensive understanding of data systems such as Aurora or similar. Strong skills in Microsoft Suit are also required.
A strong customer focus is a must and a good understanding of the order to delivery cycle and Sandvik business systems will be an advantage.
Availability is required for frequent business travel.
