About Your Job:
E-Commerce Coordinator UK, Qatar Airways (London-based, permanent, to start asap!)
We are looking for a results-focused and enthusiastic e-commerce coordinator to join our UK E-Commerce team to further develop, drive and market qatarairways.com within the UK and Ireland market. Reporting to our E-Commerce Officer UK, the successful candidate will be responsible providing support in the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns, developing partnerships, monitoring sales performance and optimising the flow of qualified traffic to the site in order to increase conversion rate and achieve revenue targets. The coordinator will also be responsible for activating lead generation campaigns, using social media to promote campaign and brand awareness, as well as identifying and eliminating any bugs in order to improve overall customer experience.
About You:
The successful candidate for this role must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or E-commerce with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience. It is important to have B2C marketing experience/ online travel retail experience preferably from travel industry.
You must have demonstrated experience in managing at least 2 of the following areas: Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Programs, account management of online marketing partnerships, Display advertising and Social Media. Further to this you are able to take direction from global offices as well as head office to reach a common goal.
You must be a self-starter, strongly motivated and has excellent communication skills. Attention to details and knowledge of best practice web designs are essential to be successful in this role.
You must have the right to live and work in UK.
