About Your Job::
In this role your primary function will be to document and optimize Flight Ops Processes through impartial and independent analysis. Manage process life cycle through design, implementation, optimization, redesign and renewal in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals. Work collaboratively across all departments in Flight Ops to provide consulting and process support. Use a systematic approach to continuously improve process effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology. In addition to process management skills you must have a good understanding of a Projects Life cycle and be familiar with basic project management tools and techniques.

Your scope of work will include introducing and promoting a Culture of continuous improvement within the department, providing opportunities to colleagues at all levels to embrace continuous improvement methods and working practices. You will ensure that a high standard of service delivery is maintained and monitor direct daily activities, train and develop other employees for proper succession planning and risk management.

About You::
You should have a bachelor degree or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience ideally in an airline industry. Knowledge of Flight Operations business processes, including airline operations, crewing and training is preferable.  Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology and techniques e.g. six sigma, lean etc. is essential requirement of the job.

You should be proficient in Visio, MS Project and the entire Microsoft Office suite. You must possess excellent written and oral English communication and analytical skills. Experience working with large multi-cultural cross-functional workforce and have the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and to deliver tasks within tight deadlines. .
