In this role you will:

  • Ensure skill sharing and knowledge management: establish clear benchmarks and KPIs; monitoring performance and ensuring closer linkages and increased dialogue between our Members.
To be suited to this opportunity you'll have:

  • Solid direct marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills with regards to planning and executing campaigns across a range of channels e.g. telephone, online and SMS.
On a personal level you'll be a self-starter, an assertive and persuasive negotiator who is able to articulate the work of Save the Children with passion. You'll also have the ability to both lead and work in teams, to work in a fast moving environment and be respectful of diversity.
