Personal Assistant to Country Director - Turin

We are searching a candidate who could start immediately at our Turin Office.

Your Profile
 


•Manage accessibility to Country Director’s diary, organise and arrange high volume and complex travel itineraries, locally and overseas, ensuring the most effective use of Director’s time
•Handle the administrative/ bureaucratic activities related to the Country Director international assignment (relocation, family settling-in, house lease, utilities, etc)
•Manage all incoming emails/post effectively and promptly, ensuring that all non-routine matters are handled effectively. Reviewing Country Director’s inbox for any pre-read, reports or urgent email requests and using own initiative to action where appropriate
•Be the “Go To” person for Diageo Italia business diary
•Ensure effective and efficient fluid communication is maintained with the Director at all times
•Develop and sustain excellent working relationships with senior stakeholders other PA’s and customers
•Manage 1 Report: support/coach the line report to deliver his objectives to the best of his abilities
•Give administrative support to the Head of Corporate Relations (PO, invoices, accruals, etc.). Keep track of spend vs budget and insure full compliance
