With over 20 years of experience in Brussels, Clerens Consulting (CC) is specialised in advising enterprises of all sizes on business development opportunities.
CC's primary objective is to provide key professional services to European and global enterprises, business associations, and individual membership organisations.
We are focused on providing support to European Associations but we offer as well a multitude of business and communication services.
This six-month internship offers a small stipend (125 euros) and a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience in EU Affairs, EU Energy (Internal Market, Research, Trade and Industrial policies).
Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the latest European news / activities related to EU Policies (Internal Market, Research, Trade and Industrial policies);
  • Preparing and participating in conferences, workshops and networking events;
  • Conducting research for and reporting on numerous projects for our clients;
  • Updating the website and database;
  • Assisting with various internal committee meetings;
  • Performing various administrative tasks.
Your profile:
  • University or advanced degree, preferably in the field of Social Sciences (Political Science,  International Relations, EU Studies, Law) or Engineering;
  • English is the working language; French and/or German are desired;
  • Knowledge of EU institutions and their workings;
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Internet;
  • Ability to take initiative and independently to meet deadlines;
  • Positive attitude, flexible, team player, sense of humor.
