ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: 

Satin Creditcare Network Limited (SCNL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) practicing microfinance in the urban areas of Northern India. It provides loans to both urban poor and rural poor to meet their productive requirements in starting new business or for growing an existing business. SCNL's microfinance operation is based on both joint liability group (JLG) model as well self help group model (SHG).

ABOUT THE JOB: 

SCNL is seeking a Trainee Territory Manager. S/he will be responsible for conducting three SCV with each CSO for every branch on monthly basis. S/he will also ensure that all documents at branch are appropriate and updated.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Achieve the business target with 100% quality;
• Conduct final GRT of his territory (considering that pre GRT and GRT is not happening simultaneously). While doing GRT he must cross-check two households per group per center randomly;
• Must conduct two surprise visits/month in each branch (at 6:40AM);
• Conduct at least one meeting with branch staff on monthly basis (in all 3 branches) and at least attend one BM meeting at every branch;
• In case of any inappropriate financial activity traced, reporting it to DRM and RM immediately on real time basis;
• Verify the documentation filled and updated by CSO;
• Ensure fund management at all branches;
• Bank liasioning and relationship management;
• DC verification;
• Ensure appropriate expense management (as per policy);
• Ensure audit compliance are genuine and timely;
• Ensure ethical staff behavior with clients;
• Ensure that center meeting is as per the route plan and as per scheduled time.

Qualifications:

• MBA fresher for TBM and TTM.
