ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: 
Satin Creditcare Network Limited (SCNL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) practicing microfinance in the urban areas of Northern India. It provides loans to both urban poor and rural poor to meet their productive requirements in starting new business or for growing an existing business. SCNL's microfinance operation is based on both joint liability group (JLG) model as well  self help group model (SHG).
ABOUT THE JOB: 
SCNL is seeking a Trainee Branch Manager. S/he will be responsible for ensuring efficient cash management at branch and ensuring proper maintenance of all registers at branch.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure punctuality amongst all staff members;
  • Update the attendance register by 7:00AM;
  • Maintain/verify CDS by 7:00AM (ensure that time and name on the CDS is correct and if there is any discrepancy, update it with seal);
  • Monitor four centers per day;
  • Accompany the cashier for all transactions (deposits and withdrawal) from bank;
  • Provide fund demand to RO on time;
  • In case of any inappropriate financial activity traced, report it to DRM and TM immediately on real time basis;
  • Cash book verification;
  • Verify CDS after center meeting with signatures;
  • Conduct minimum two pre-GRT per day (on a scheduled visit of TM, must have at least three pre GRT);
  • Ensure that CGT is conducted as per guidelines;
  • Branch maintenance;
  • Ensure that branch cashbook is closed by 4:00 PM;
  • Ensure that all CSOs are doing 100% LUC;
  • Conduct staff meeting every Saturday;
  • Monthly attendance to be sent to RO by 21st of every month;
  • Ensure 100% audit compliance.
Qualifications:
  • MBA fresher for TBM and TTM.
