Processing Clerk

Finance Services currently have a vacancy for a fixed term (until 18th December) part time (20 hours, either 4 days at 5 hours or 5 days at 4 hours) processing clerk. The role will be based within one of the Faculty Finance teams. The role involves processing purchase orders, expense claims, fees claims, sales invoices and other transactions through the University's integrated Sale/Purchases system. You should have gained experience of processing transactions electronically in a large and complex organisation. Flexible in your approach with a good eye for detail, you should be able to work under pressure particularly during the University's year-end process.
