Sandvik Hyperion is looking for a
Marketing and Communications Specialist
Sandvik Hyperion has been created within Sandvik Venture to be the home of a world-class hard and super-hard materials company.
Key performance areas
As the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will investigate and recommend different options and solutions in communication issues and support the development and the implementation of the Sandvik Hyperion Strategic Communications plan. A key function of this position will be to ensure the brand is well implemented in the markets by coordinating all materials locally produced. The Marketing and Communications Specialist also will make sure Sandvik Hyperion is known by our main stakeholders, by developing adequate product literature, customer messaging, trade-show events, digital presence, advertisement campaigns, corporate films and animations, merchandising materials, press releases and technical training programs.
Additionally, the Marketing and Communications Specialist will:
  • Effectively convey to our internal constituents the purpose, vision of the business and strategic changes through the appropriate channels such as intranet, portals, internal events, trainings, meetings and presentations
  • Work on remote locations while maintaining good connections with a global organization
  • Support other Sandvik group communication projects
Your profile
Besides possessing a bachelor’s degree in Degree in marketing, communications, technical writing or graphic design, you have experience in marketing and in a wide range of communication mediums, both traditional and digital. You possess excellent writing, editing and communications skills. The Marketing and Communications Specialist must be a creative thinker who follows through with projects, and is able to focus on details.
The Marketing and Communications Specialist also:
  • Is fluent in English both orally and written
  • Possesses a self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Has enthusiasm, loyalty and personal interest in the subject
