HR SERVICES COUNTRY MANAGER - LATIN AMERICA

Sandvik is looking for:
HR Services Manager for LAM
To oversee the HR Services operations in the 5 Spanish speaking Latin American countries
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
•Responsible for effectively planning, developing and implementing sound HR Services functions across the 5 Latin America countries
•Develops annual strategy and plans for HR Services in order to meet business requirements and continuous improvement needs
•Provides leadership and management to the team of HR Services Specialists delivering a full range of HR services in order to meet operational goals and targets: payroll, recruitment, employee relations and generalist
•Leadership team of 15 direct reports (HR Services Specialists)
•Works and builds relationships across all Sandvikbusiness areas, executive managers, Country HR Managers and HRBPs, in order to provide a consistent and high quality service – including taking accountability for quality assurance within HR Services
•Works with the Global and Regional management teams in order to develop services, processes and offering to meet changing business needs and deliver to continuous improvement goals
•Manage the financials of HR Services including the departmental budget and other cost control targets

REQUIREMENTS:
•English: Fluent (reading, speaking, writing)
•Spanish: Fluent (reading, speaking, writing)
•Education: Bachelor in Administration, Psychology or similar
•7 - 10 years of HR generalist experience, minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, prior shared services experience preferred
•Competencies: service excellence, relationship management, effective communications, coaching, HR Operations, managing organizational change
•Behaviors: taking action, pursuing goals, upholding standards, empowering individuals
•Ideally a person with prior experience working as an HR Services supervisor or an HR services specialist in an HR shared services department at a manufacturing or mining company
•This position reports to the Regional Head, HR Services Americas
