Frontline Coordinator

REPORTS TO/ AND LlAISES WITH: Branch Administrator
Purpose Of The Position
The coordinator is a first line supervisor of frontline team members. This involves the caring and growing of direct reports through providing means and ability and holding the team members accountable for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining process standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Advanced Diploma.
Preferred (ideal)
Qualifications: An appropriate business degree from a recognized Institution.

Experience
Previous CSR/Sales Consultant experience is essential. (12 months)
Co-coordinator/team leader needs to have both teller and sales experience (12 months for the agencies/portable)
Deal with customer issues from frontline team members to prevent complaints from escalating
Manage risk and compliance of frontline activities
Ensure frontline team members have the appropriate means and abilities.
Coach frontline team members to provide the appropriate experience to customers
Hold team members accountable through performance management.
