Senior Manager- Monitoring, Learning and Results

Do you have substantial monitoring, learning and evaluation experience? Are you a strong cross-cultural communicator who is passionate about the lives and well-being of girls?
Girl Hub seeks a Senior Monitoring, Learning and Results (MLR) Manager to be responsible for establishing and driving a robust framework for monitoring, learning and results for their global initiatives. This role, based within their London headquarters, will work across the organization to ensure engagement in rigorous use of evidence learning.
The role requires a close working relationship to the MLR Director in London and close coordination with all country programme teams. You can expect to travel 25% within Girl Hub operational areas in Rwanda, Nigeria and Ethiopia. Girl Hub is due to start a global evaluation assessment for which the Sr. MLR Manager will manage specific pieces of work feeding into this review.
As a successful candidate, you will have significant experience in applied research and/or monitoring and evaluation. Strong communication and organizational skills and being adaptable to change are absolute must-have traits, as you will be liaising with people of different professional disciplines from within the public and private sectors. As well as working closely with coordinating and managing cross-country teams.
Most importantly you will have a passionate commitment to realizing the potential of girls and work towards helping them unlock the potential inside of them.
