Job Summary

​Skilled Civil Designer required for Urban and Civil projects

Key Responsibilities

​Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

•  Project management and design management of civil and urban development projects.
•  Leading and organising projects and teams, managing people, quality and program.
•  Due diligence analysis, multi-disciplinary design management, statutory approvals management, client-side tender, contract and construction management.
•  Client management and liaison.
•  Mentoring of mid-level staff.

Other Requirements

​The successful candidate will need:

•  To be highly motivated, flexible and pragmatic
•  An engineering degree or associated tertiary qualification
•  10 Years’ experience in civil engineering design 
•  Strong civil design skills and an ability to lead design teams
•  Sound financial skills
•  A client service focus
•  Strong problem solving abilities
•  Strong people skills and an ability to work effectively in team environments
•  An ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and to work under pressure to deadlines
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills
