Position Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to implement various activities to maintain and expand relationships with assigned partners to upscale fundraising capacity. The position will be responsible for implementing multiple activities around the two main deliverables mentioned below.
· Implement lead generation outreach program and events for individual fundraising- 30% of time involvement-: involve implementing creative events for mobile lead generation for telemarketing and, securing permissions to venues like malls, offices, shopping markets, strategic public places, institutions, events etc. for Face to Face team to sign up supporters/donors.
· Implement an intensive engagement program with key staffs of pro bono supporting organisations- 70% of time involvement-: involve implementing effective engagement models around training, mentoring, problem solving, motivating etc. in various organisations and institutions.
The core purpose of this position is to create and manage the relationship with various channel partners and pro bono supporters for lead generation and individual fundraising. The position reports to Principal Coordinator- Outreach and Partnership and require extensive travelling and meeting people.
Responsibilities
· Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts and create new accounts;
· Implement various activities to coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations;
· Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume in assigned partner accounts;
· Implement planned activities with partners to meet mutual performance objectives and financial targets;
· Proactively address partner needs on an ongoing basis;
· Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources;
· Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement;
· Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements;
· Implement existing partnerships for lead generation;
· Outreach activities and events;
· Any other areas of business identified in future to boost return on investment
Skills and other requirements for the position
Excellent communication skills; writing and spoken in English (preferably a few south Indian languages)
Strong presentation
Strong selling attributes
Preferably 2 to 3 years of exposure in non- profit fundraising or other channel sales or lead generation functions.
