We are seeking Knowledge Integration Specialists to work with the Head of a new department: Science Strategy, Performance and Impact, part of our Science division. The objectives of this department are to develop science strategy and opportunities for the Trust, in the UK and internationally, to assess the performance of our existing portfolio of grants, and to consider and study the performance of our grant-making and decision-making mechanisms.
You will be part of small team of knowledge professionals, collaborating closely with other departments in the Science division and other parts of the Trust, such as the Strategic Planning and Policy Unit. You will help build relationships with external agencies both in the UK and internationally, and where appropriate develop collaborative studies.
You will have a strong record of knowledge management and strategic planning in an academic, consultancy, policy or industrial setting, in an area relevant to the Trust's Strategic Plan. Experience in science administration, consultancy, policy or a relevant government post would be an advantage. You will be a skilled communicator, with experience of leading and working in goal-oriented teams. Strong networking and collaboration skills are essential.
