Executive Assistant to Diageo Country Director Nordics

Contract length: 12-15 months

Flexible Location: Sweden/Copenhagan or Norway can be based in any of our offices.

 Purpose of the role

• To provide comprehensive and professional support to the Country Director in the Nordics which encompasses both administrative and project tasks

• Based in one of the offices in the Nordics. Supporting the Nordic CD with a key interface to WE PA´s. Some key Nordic projects/areas such as coordinating/managing the Nordic annual event, Strategic business reviews etc. also part of the scope.

 Responsibilities include

• Manage accessibility to diary. Organise and arrange travel itineraries, locally and overseas.
• Deal with all routine post and emails. Ensure briefing on non-routine post to allow it to be dealt with promptly.
• Co-ordinate and prioritise meetings and events, including organizing participants. Distribute agendas and collate pre-reading material.
• Co-ordinate team activities.
• Create high quality presentations and supporting materials.
• Write Nordic communications and announcements in English
• Prepare documents for the leadership team as required.
• Support the leadership team by attending meetings as required and be a proactive part of the communication process, taking feedback and minutes as required
• Follow up on minutes and drive closure of agreed actions.

Essential Qualifications / knowledge / experience required / languages 

• At least 3 years in a similar role supporting both a Director and their team.
• Communication verbally and in writing, English language both verbal and writing, Interpersonal and influencing skills a must
• Fluency in Danish is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft packages
• Ability to do presentations in Power Point
• Able to deliver a high service level and support with a smile
