Job Summary

​Skilled Civil Designer required for Urban and Civil projects

Key Responsibilities

​Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

•  Design of civil and urban development projects including earthworks, drainage, roads, and other infrastructure.
•  Managing deliverables, quality and program, coordinating drafting staff and mentoring others.
•  Client management and liaison.
•  Providing input to the continuous improvement of our design and drafting standards.

Other Requirements

​The successful candidate will need:

•  Strong civil design skills, preferably in 12D
•  To be highly motivated, flexible and pragmatic
•  A diploma in civil engineering or similar tertiary qualification
•  5 Years’ local experience in civil engineering design 
•  Strong problem solving abilities
•  Strong people skills and an ability to work effectively in team environments
•  An ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and to work under pressure to deadlines
•  Strong verbal communication skills
