| You could be finding a new way to get 12,000 litres of ice cream across the desert without it melting; transforming the way the world’s largest spreads factory operates; or designing a more efficient distribution network to enable us to store and deliver our products sustainably to our customers. There’s always a new challenge to tackle. The limitless opportunities at Unilever creates fully engaging innovative entrepreneurship. On the UFLP you’ll cover at least four placements over 2-3 years to provide experience in four key areas: • The Planning team (either based at Head Office, a factory, or the European Supply Chain Company – based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland). • A customer service role at Head Office working directly with our external retail customers. • A supervisory placement (leading a production team in one of our factories). • A project role which will see you take on a variety of challenges. Location: Placements may be in different business units across the UK & Ireland, so you need to be flexible about where you are based during the programme.
