Media Relations Manager

As part of its extension, ICF Mostra is looking for a

Media Relations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing communications to the media (earned media relations, social media and blogger outreach, and media partnership management) for our clients.

S/he will need to have good communication and 'people' skills; be good at problem-solving and finding creative solution; and have a positive attitude. S/he may be required to manage a small team.

Specific Requirements :

• At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in media, public relations and/or communications;
• Demonstrated track record in implementing media activities with proven results;
• Experience in measuring results of strategic media plans;
• Established relationships with European journalists;
• Active understanding of social media including Twitter and LinkedIn preferably as related to media relations;
• Proven ability to set, communicate and maintain timelines and prioritise;
• Ability to work as part of team;
• Fluent in English and French. Further EU language is an asset.

Desirable skills :

• Understanding of the European institutions.
• Experience in using media list building software.
