International Admissions Tutor

For over 150 years the University for the Creative Arts in Canterbury, Epsom, Farnham, Maidstone and Rochester has been leading the way for art and design education. 36.25 hours per week                   
We are seeking to appoint an International Admissions Tutor responsible for conversion activities for all international applicants to UCA courses.
The role holder will have a background of teaching at HE level in art and design and will work closely with the International Recruitment team in order to complement existing recruitment and conversion activities to support the University’s Internationalisation strategy.
In addition, the post holder will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with academic staff teams to deliver detailed knowledge to students and other key stakeholders about UCA’s courses to increase conversion rates. 
You will be part of the International team who attend overseas events to interview, deliver workshops and advise and counsel students about study opportunities at UCA.
A background in teaching at HE level in art & design is essential. It would also be an advantage to have previous experience of recruiting international students to higher education.
This post will involve overseas travel (approximately 10 – 12 weeks per year).
