Unitemps is the University of Warwick’s own temporary staffing service, providing opportunities on campus and in local commercial businesses for students, recent graduates and the wider community.

The development of a franchise network within Universities is key to the Unitemps expansion strategy over the next 5 years. The aim is to open a national network of franchises per annum totalling 20+, with this key role taking responsibility for and implementing the existing business development strategy to achieve this goal.

The post-holder will carry out the marketing/sales strategy to identify and target key stake-holders within potential partner institutions, building appropriate relationships and managing franchise opportunities through to successful launch. Ongoing franchise account management will also form a key part of the responsibilities of the post holder, helping franchise to build their temporary recruitment business, both internally and externally.

The post-holder will also be expected to advise on alternative expansion strategies available to Unitemps.

This position has arisen due to growth of the Unitemps franchise service and team.
