Communication Assistant
Main tasks:
- Write CEDEC’s external and internal communication strategy (press releases, newsletter, advertisements, campaigns, social media, website, extranet, etc.)
- Media monitoring, evaluation and member information
- Draft relevant policy summaries for CEDEC members
- Liaise with media
- Update databases of stakeholders and media contacts and mailing lists
- General administrative support to CEDEC Secretariat
Required Skills:
- Proactive and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Eye for detail, flexibility and good time-management skills
- Strong oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Technologically savvy: MS Office, website, databases
- Background knowledge in energy sector and/or European Affairs desirable
- Fluency in English (French is an asset)
- Team spirit
- Good sense of humour
The internship is remunerated with approx. €1000 per month. Start date will be mid-September/October.
