CIS Management Team Business Assistant
The role:
Professionally contribute to and support the accomplishment of CIS Management Team objectives as well as delivering administrative and organizational support based on company policies for travel, purchase, office, ethic and EHS.
Key performance areas and responsibilities:
  • Organizing internal and external meetings, teleconferences, dinners.
  • Preparing necessary presentation material for meetings (form and content (agenda), graphics and trends).
  • Support business meetings, taking and distributing minutes, monitoring actions execution in time.
  • Monitoring appropriate statistics and preparing necessary reporting on it to CIS Management Team
  • Monitoring KPIs and targets status, action plans fulfillment status.
  • Provide necessary statistics analysis of sales volume (by channels, by segments, by customers…)
  • Involvement and participation in business projects
  • Maintaining and updating CIS Management Team's calendars, contacts, distribution lists etc.
  • Distributing incoming and outgoing mails when necessary.
  • Supporting business travels for Management Team.
  • Coordinating transportation, met and greet, hotel arrangements for guests upon request.
  • Coordinating and organizing office equipment arrangements, computers, phones, etc. at all times, when necessary.
  • Working with documents.
  • Fulfillment of other requests of the Management Team.
Your profile and qualifications:
  • University degree
  • Experience in such a role – 5 years and more
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • PC advanced user (Word, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)), ability to make graphics & trends to present analyzed data
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Presentation skills & high skills in preparing presentations (form & content)
  • Analitical skills (ability to work with figures, statistic reports, graphics and trends)
  • Strong communication and writing skills, literate speech
