Reports To:      BPM Manager, Global Travel & Middle East

The BPM Analyst will liaise closely with regional finance teams in Western, Asia Pacific, Key Accounts and Middle East/North Africa to track key performance metrics and mitigate risk to performance.
The role leads the development of amazing relationships/partnerships with key stakeholders in the regional hubs as well as with the Central team. The role provides financial leadership in a number of key strategic projects
 
Purpose of Role: 
 
This role supports the BPM Manager in driving holistic business performance. The BPM Analyst plays an important role in realizing and delivering our F17 Strategy, with overall accountability for the business performance management process.  The role holder will play a key role in managing monthly performance, Annual Operating Plan cycle and strategic planning.
 
Top 3-5 Accountabilities: 

1. Supports the Business Performance Management process in GTME to ensure achievement of performance goals. Deliver high quality information and analysis to enable the early understanding of performance trends and issues. This includes managing monthly business reporting, risk & opportunity and forecasting.

2. Manages reporting in the finance and Information System processes. Ensure data timeliness and integrity and takes ownership in continuous process/system improvement. 


3. Working with Marketing and Commercial teams to provides insights to business performance with a link to external data

4. Drive the annual budgeting process and contributes to strategic planning and other ad-hoc business analysis 

5. Support our F17 strategy in execution, tracking delivery against KPIs and milestones
 

 
Qualifications and experience required 
 
  • Strong Financial Planning & Analysis skills acquired through at least 5 years of experience, gained from reputed multi-national corporations, and preferably in a regional capacity
  • Track record of initiating process/systems improvements and finding ways of doing things better 
  • Ability to sieve through complexity and deliver financial data in a user friendly and relevant manner
  • A commercial mindset, able to bring financial data to life for non-finance partners
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex environment and in the absence of a fully integrated systems platform
  • Highly self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Team player, with the drive and interpersonal skills necessary to develop strong working relationships at all levels cross geographies and functions
