Planning Officer

Salary Scale: £30,728 - £35,597 (Point 30 - 35)*
Glasgow Caledonian University is looking to appoint a Planning Officer. The main purpose of this role is to prepare and analyse University data to provide reports for the Executive and Academic Schools and for external agencies, including monitoring of performance through the provision of high quality data, management information and intelligence.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, will have the ability to demonstrate effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff and management across the University. Essential criteria for this role also include experience of planning or data analysis in the HE sector, excellent analytical and IT skills, and strong organisational and project management abilities. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, ensure adherence to high levels of accuracy and effectively prioritise workload.
