The role

We are currently seeking a talented Human Resources Advisor to work closely with the business in the QLD and NT.
With a minimum of 3 years commercial experience in a generalist Human Resources capacity, you will play a key role in
  • Providing human resources advice and support on HR policies and procedures
  • Day-to-day operational support in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, training, induction, performance management, and benefits
  • Implementing Human Resources solutions in line with business needs (e.g. Learning and Development Programs; Continuous Improvement Initiatives).
With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have ideally gained your experience in professional services and have a passion for building trusted relationships.
Suitable applicants will have/be:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or Management Administration Degree
  • Able to undertake some travel (domestic).
