HelpAge International helps older people claim their rights, challenge discrimination and overcome poverty. Our work in over 75 countries is strengthened through our global network of like-minded organisations - the only one of its kind in the world.

HelpAge is looking for a Head of Communications and Campaigns to lead and develop HelpAge International’s campaign agenda to grow a global movement of supporters active on ageing issues. The Head of Communications and Campaigns will also ensure strong, integrated and effective communications across the organisation and network. This role will strengthen communication and campaigns by building resources and campaign capacity of staff and network. The Head of Communications and Campaigns will also be expected to be part of the senior management team for the Advocacy and Communications Department.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of managing a global communications team and coordinating global campaignsthat deliver results. They will have experience of building a shared vision across multiple actors and generating resources for maximum impact.
