Customer Support Administrator

Job description 
To contribute to the profitability of the Atlas Copco C&M business through the provision of active sales administration and technical support to both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities 
These are covered by but not limited to the items listed below. The incumbent is expected to take whatever action is appropriate to get the job done and to establish and maintain close and regular personal communications with all the people and systems considered necessary in order to execute the tasks.Process and proactively expedite customer orders efficiently, accurately and in a timely fashion to meet company and customer requirements.Configure customer quotations for standard parts and equipment.To answer customer telephone queries with respect to prices, deliveries, invoice and to collate any other information required by the customer or the Sales teams.Liaise with product companies and internal colleagues for technical support.Provide basic technical information to customers / engineers.Liaise with internal and external colleagues to expedite customer requirements e.g price, order, invoice queries, delivery information.Handling of customer stock returns / credit notes / returns to distribution centres/ consignment stock administration (where applicable)Update and maintain computer databases as necessary.Undertake ad hoc project work as required.

Experience requirements 
Proven experience in internal sales / service.Has excellent interpersonal skills, is computer literate – i.e. MS office, Lotus Notes.

Knowledge 
Knowledge of SAP/BPCS or similar service modules, order processing system

Educational requirements 
General standard of education i.e. GCSE / O’Level or equivalent.Has attained passes in English & Math’s

Flexible attitude to work, self motivated & able to work on own and as part of a team.Keen for new experience.Able to get on with others and be a team player.
