Service Team Leader - Central Region
Job description
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Service Team Leader within Compressor Technique Service team in Saudi. The geographical area of responsibility includes Saudi Central Region market and you will report to Service Manager – Central Region.
Mission
In this position you will be responsible for supporting our service operations as following:· To foster safe working attitude and strive for 0 accident target.· To provide our customers with high quality customer service.· To be positive example in the execution of all duties in a professional, prudent and efficient manner to external/internal customers.· To promote positive and close customer relations at all times.· To reduce all none added value and improve labor hours productivity.· To coordinate with Technical Support team for efficient solutions.· To effectively contribute to the administrative functions.· To continuously train and promote best practices for central region service team.
Experience requirements
· 4 or more mechanical/electrical years of experience, preferably within compressed air equipment and ancillaries
Knowledge
. Able to improve Technical Knowledge of Service Engineers.· Able to solve standard problems in own work and associate engineers.· Need be a team player who sometimes goes beyond own job role to assist in the execution of the department’s tasks. · Fault finding and diagnosis skills, and the ability to complete concise and accurate situation reports.
Educational requirements
· Engineering diploma, mechanical and/or electrical degree or similar through experience.
