On behalf of the German Government, GIZ supports the Rwandan Ministry of Economic Planning and Finance (MINECOFIN) in strengthening its capacities for macroeconomic management, including the implementation of the Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy (EDPRS II).
Your tasks
You will work hands-on with the partners in the following areas: macroeconomic forecasting, socio-economic impact analysis and in-depth
economic analysis.

Your profile
Master’s degree in economics, academic background with a high level of expertise in economic analysis, professional knowledge of Matlab and
Eviews, minimum 3 years’ work experience in a macroeconomic context, advisory competence and teaching skills. English at negotiating level is essential,
