FINANCE GRADUATE PROGRAMME – WESTERN EUROPE

Due to the success of previous intakes we are looking to hire an additional Graduate for the above programme.

WHAT WILL THE PROGRAMME ENTAIL?

Our Challenging three year prgramme will see you doing real jobs in different parts of our business. Your rotations will include:

• Commercial Finance
• Business Performance Manager (BPM)
• Financial Controls

You will be supported with the following: 
 

• A Professional qualification: CIMA. CIMA is the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants which is a UK based professional body offering training and qualification in management accountancy and related subjects, focused on accounting for business.
• Keep Learning workshops (In-house training department)
• iDevelop- skills assessment & development (In-house training)
• Buddy & Senior Mentor System
• Diageo Academy – managing self, impact & influence (In-house online training tool)
• Annual Connect event with all other graduates from all disciplines across Western Europe.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Since our graduate programmes are designed for future leaders, you’ll be placed in roles with real responsibility from the outset. On top of the passion, energy and drive to rise to the daily challenges that will come your way, you’ll also need:
 

• 300 UCAS points or equivalent (UCAS points are a measurement of A-level performance and 300 UCAS points are equivalent to 3 Bs at A-level)
• A 2:1 degree or equivalent. We are not discipline specific but you must have a genuine interest in Finance
• To be globally mobile (Your placements could be across Western and Central Europe)
• Fluency in English

Academics are all good and well but we are also looking for future leadership potential. So what does this look like? 
 

• Comfortable at dealing with change and ambiguity. Sometimes you will have to make decisions when all the facts are not present.
• Good at building relationships quickly and genuinely. You will meet many different people in these roles therefor it will be important to be able to make an impact quickly.
• Be self-aware! Know what your strengths and development areas are and don’t be afraid to ask for feedback.
