CCD Reporting Specialist

DBSC has been established in Budapest for approximately 10 years. It provides back office transactional services relating to the Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Record to Report processes (including relationships with UK tax authorities) with all associated data activities. It also encompasses a significant part of the group’s Financial Planning and Reporting activities (Europe, International, Supply and Corporate), Treasury activities (Accounting, Control and Performance), Finance Systems, Governance and Compliance and Project Management activities.
 
Primarily the reporting specialist is required to understand the requirements and problems of the organization see the connection between high-level issues and supporting reports.
Beyond executing standard reports s/he is tasked to develop and utilize various reports to alleviate the issues and improve business operation

• Provide accurate reports and analysis to relevant markets timely manner
• Complete tasks and deliveries according to the Report Portfolio and catalogue system
• Ensure reports meet the quality assurance target
• Identify and understand the financial and operational impacts of the standard and ah-hoc reports

• Train newcomers and other team members

Qualifications and experience required

 
Essential:
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (MS excel, access database)
• Written and verbal English
• 1-2 yrs experience in Multinational environment
• Relevant corporate experience in a similar role
Desirable:
• Prior experience in AP/AR processes
• College or university Degree
 

Flexible working
Normal working hours but flexibility is required because of hectic workload among workday1 and workday10.
