Business Development Manager – Specialized Applications and Iraq Area Manager

Job description 
-Maintain and develop a close relationship with all Oil and Gas key customers -Ensure consistent planning, organization and carrying -out continuous training programs, customer days, and exhibitions-Continuously improve the quality, availability, reliability, capability and efficiency of the service offered to customers, to ensure we remain “First in Mind and First in Choice”-Monitor and report market trends and activities, and interact with various departments and sales staff -Conduct detailed surveys on all customers, competitors and products and prepare new products investment market studies-Support the achievements of the sales team by contributing to their selling opportunities and competence development-Work hand in hand with the Oil and Gas business development manager, regional sales manager, and regional fleet manager in introducing new products to the oil and gas market-Consistently analyze the business within the Area of responsibility and identify target areas for action-Recommend marketing and sales strategies and action plans-Assist with and provide management reports, and other reports related to competition information and market conditions-Drive, implement, and develop quality process improvements that focus on safety, operations and customer service, and adhere to health and safety policies and other requirements in line with the company’s core values, policies and procedures, documentations requirements-Develop and expand the customer base, maximize the customer share and customer relationship by maintaining regular contact with all customers and ensuring outstanding service standards-Identify, develop and maximize business opportunities for more potentials and new applications with new and existing customers-Undertake additional ad-hoc projects as and when required

Mission 
-Further develop the Specialty Rental division applications business revenues and profitability in the Region -Further develop the Specialty Rental division business in Iraq

Experience requirements 
Minimum 5 Years Rental experince

Knowledge 
Highly technical & commercially oriented with knowledge of both the market and the products

Educational requirements 
University Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Personality requirements 
Ability to understand customer needs, applications and propose total solutions Dynamic, proactive and self motivated
