Aftermarket – Product Marketing Manager Saudi & Kuwait
Job description
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Product Marketing Manager within Compressor Technique Service team. The geographical area of responsibility includes Saudi & Kuwait markets and you will report to Business Line Manager.In this position you will be responsible for supporting our spares and service sales business.You will also play an important role in developing and maintaining the local ERP system and CRM applications to support the service business.
Mission
Main responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:- Leverage our installed base- Maintain and master CRM (Salesforce.com) platform- Maintain up to dates spare parts and products categorization and pricing in local ERP system and sales application- Establish and maintain state of the art communication tools and sales & marketing templates- Foster “climb the Service Ladder” culture- Establish & Administrate marketing campaigns locally.- Establish and administrate business intelligence data- Lead and coordinate the development of the local marketing activities in coordination with the division marketing team- To contribute to the news and communication pages on the internal portals.- Other duties as required
Experience requirements
- At least 5 year experience in marketing role within industrial service environment- At least 1 year experience with CRM applications, experience with Salesforce.com would be considered as an advantage
Knowledge
- Professional with MS Office applications and excellent PC/IT skills- Very good command of English both written and oral. Arabic would be considered as an asset.
Educational requirements
- Technical and/or marketing degree or similar through experience.
